The South Africa System Dynamics Chapter (SASDC) aims to promote the interchange of learning, research and real-world application of system dynamics in understanding and managing complex real world problems facing South Africa and Africa as a whole.
The SASDC, in collaboration with the WITS Transnet Centre of Systems Engineering, University of the Witwatersrand, is hosting 6ASDC to draw together system dynamics modellersaround the theme to present novel work which contributes to system dynamics theory, methodology or empirics. The SASDC welcomes submissions of short papers which address the following topics:
Public Health – Education — OrganisationDynamics — Transport and Mobility — Natural Resource Management – Urbanisation– Sustainable Development — Governance Transitions
Papers must not be under submission elsewhere and will be included in an accredited proceedings, published with an ISBN number in late 2018.
